Job Interview


An interview is a process through which the interviewer or the employer analyzes the skills of an interviewee or the employee and decided whether he or she is good for the job. It precedes the hiring decision, and the sole reason for this process is to evaluate the candidate.

The interview process can last from 1 hour to 5-6 hours or even for a day.Interviews can be informal,general,standardized or closed. It can also be in the category of telephonic interview where the employee gives the interview on a telephone.

An interview judges:-

General understanding about that industry
Experience in that particular industry
Understanding the core job elements
Communication skills
Presentation skills
